    The challengesI found it a bit challenging when there is minimal guidance from supervisor. However, it help me to create strong bond with other staff as they willingly open to all my questions.

    A place to gain valuable experience
    The good thingsA good place to gain experience. The given task sometimes not that related with current job scope or totally new task, however learning the new task will greatly improve own knowledge and become valuable experience. Perfect place for fresh graduate.
    The challengesStaff sometimes overload with task that need to be completed in short time. Salary is quite low compare to the given task & pressure. Promotion is hard & low salary increment especially for junior staff. The age gap between senior & junior staff is also quite big. This problem tend to motivate talented young executive to move out for better career path. Company should do something to maintain the young executive. Very important for the company's future.

    Challenging and remarkable experience.
    The good thingsThe camp company has a manager who has strong integrity and perceptive ability. The employees are generous with their knowledge around the company and builds good teamwork with each other. It was easy to adjust with the working environment having good supervisors around.
    The challengesAdjustments with the working days and hours are needed to be coped with and staff quarters are within camp grounds. They also have curfews which are a needed for safety measures and limited visitor hours.

I'm have 2 an computer skills in UBS system, words, excel and PowerPoint, I'm very fast to learn a new things. I'm hope with my experience and want to seek a better career I hope I have a chance to give a good services.
