    Experience is essential rather than perfection.
    The good thingsGot to work together with Korean managers and director, it help to improve English language to be better and it is good to see how hard working they are.
    The challengesNeed to deal with fussy and such a \"perfectionist\" local manager and it exposes you to various job scope. You can not focus or master just in one.

    Honest working experience in Samsung SDS
    The good thingsWorking hour is quite flexible. Manager is nice. Good perks (monthly team-lunch allowance, annual bonus and lucky draw, OT, phone allowance,etc). Good working environment, friendly co-worker, good exposure for telco industry, famous MNC, learn and adapt to Korean working culture: punctuality, result-oriented, hardworking.
    The challengesDifficult to gain technical knowledge as the technical documents are mostly in korea language. Reluctant to share their knowledge. Require to work long hour for standby and technical support. Need to strongly self-initiative to learn new skill and involve in job task to gain experience and knowledge. Can be hard for local to get promoted to become manager.
