    The good thingsPeople are friendly. You feel like 1 big family in Samtec. Easy to communicate and express your concern as they practice open door policies. Boses can mix together with their others. No double standard. Comfortable place to work. All associate are local people. No foreign until now

    The good thingsthey value people the most and always reach out and respond to whoever needs support and help very fast. The value they have is great which i never experience before. Everyone is fast, creative, helpful and a good team player.
    The challengesThe ISO certifications and environmental compliance stuff are the real challenge as this is my first time doing them. The company business is also challenging because i have never been in electronic industry before. In short, everything here is challenging but worth trying.

    The good thingsThe management is awesome. Having a flat organization style enable me to communicate openly with various levels and department. Your hard work will be appreciated with good bonus and unexpected promotion even if you're still new to the company. Good place to have a long and stable career.
    The challengesIt is a US based company, but not flexible enough such as when we need to settle personal thing, we cannot take time off but need to take annual leave even though the thing,can be settled within 1 or 2 hours.
