    The good thingsSupportive team work but depends on your department, sometimes ok some departments hard to discuss. For relax not really stress environment. Kpi base on hod. Go back home on time

    The good thingsFirst of all the working environment is friendly and positive mentality culture, more over this company is less stressful. More over our superior are willing to hear our voice to make some improvement on the safety and health and he appreciate us when we achieve the target which is to create good working environment.
    The challengesThe challenges part is the company is making good business and will expand their business therefore the area of responsibility become big to manage. Gladly the management understand our burden and willing to increase the staff. Now the OSH system is in place where I take almost 1 years to set up and implement.
