    Would not recommend based on my experience.
    The good thingsA decent company to gain experience, though work pressure can be high at times. The team is supportive, but there is room for improvement in communication.
    The challenges- Workload can be heavy, and management support could be improved. - Lack of communication, unfair treatment, and no career growth at all. - Communication issues and leadership problems affected the overall work experience.
