    Experienced persistent overwork, unclear job scope, poor work-life balance, and unreasonable demands
    The good thingsNone of the things related to this company are positive.
    The challengesThey do not respect employees’ time outside office hours or on weekends. The boss very pushy and demanding, creating unnecessary pressure over simple tasks. I am constantly doing work outside my scope as an IT Executive. There were several occasions when I was asked to come in early but was not allowed to leave early, even though we supposedly have flexible working hours. Additionally, overtime cannot be claimed for daily task. Only can be claim during stock count month.

    The challengesFor me the dificulties challengs is to solve the compressor noise and present to customer why it happen and what is the solution to solve that problem.before present to customer need to do comparesion 3 type of compressor by using special equipment to detect noise ,vibration and rpm to come out a graph.by helping advisor from japan.
