    we are all employee, who need to feed family
    The good thingsteamwork is good. teammate is strong. work experiences can gain alots. can work with multinational company. salary average but get remuneration by bonuses
    The challengesnot invest in staff welfare. all must do by yourself. management not supportive. all blame to you. got 'few' staff who directly report to management, and management not hearing two side stories. office politics at it best.

    The good thingsFor people who want to learn lot of new things, this company is great for startup for your experience on technical and hands on
    The challengesTime is gold where lot of works coming with short-handed manpower to do multiple task at once but that teaches you to multitask a lot

    Excellent cultivation in water industry
    The good thingsUnder EPC team, exposure is very vast not just in engineering and procurement but also management skill as well. You may encounter a lot of new knowledge not just about water industry but also in terms of human management and interaction. Also the director and manager are all very kind and very tolerable to mistake.
    The challengesEverything is fast paced but the company lacks guidance and mentor ship at times. Also benefits and increment is not very appealing.
