    The challengesWorst superior. Double face. Superior does not give proper guidance and not willing to teach new hires. Discourage employee without giving respect . No leadership skills Ineffective communication from superior, instruction passed down to few personnel.

    Not a good place for promotion
    The good thingsOnly good thing is flexible working hours
    The challengesFluctuate demand, constant pull in materials for every quarter & anytime can cancel order without any valid reason given. Management aware but not taking any action, not willing to listen to suggestion. Employees always commit but disagree. always receive call during office hours.
