    The challengesTop management need to change, the whole top management team stop those useless monthly kaizen activity, especially those so call 'cost saving' project which make double-triple times trouble for work

    The good thingsVery helpful supervisor who has thought me so many things as a fresh graduate who just begin working life. He helped me to tackle my learning curve period and was able to pick up fast.
    The challengesSalary is quite low. Not much training provided to expand our knowledge.
