    Before and After at working environment
    The good thingsThe only benefit that i can think of besides medical and the common coverage, will be the EPF contribution that is providing 17%. Other than that, im believe the company is quite normal for a MNC company.
    The challengesPeople here are not too friendly and their way of approaching their staffs is quite different. For example, before confirmation, you will see a lot of support and motivation provided to you which you see a very positive thing in the office. After confirmation, you will feel dejected and left out in the company and they will based on the title in the office and hold you accountable on your job and they will start judging you and giving you bad feedback. A totally demotivating culture of before and after confirmation.

    GOOD EXPOSURE FOR FRESH GRAD
    The good thingsI'm here as SL1M trainee for about 4 months. Working culture is very good, supportive and friendly collegues eventhough not many bumiputra here, they treat you as employer not as trainee, give good training on how to survive work life, a lot of gift during festival. But the things that I love the most is Sanofi people they are vey enthusiastic and love to help others.
    The challengesYou just have to keep the pace of working and you will be fine because Sanof is a multinational company worth billion dollars. Integrity is a must if you want to join this company.

    The good thingsFlexible working time, regular catering, nice and funny colleagues, helpful supervisor that teaches me everything from the most basic and she is very patient with me even when i make mistakes, she practices team-work by helpful me to overcome the mistake rather than playing the blaming game to make me feel guilty. My department has only 3 people, my boss, my supervisor and me. My boss doesn't show off her seniority, she prefers the casual way of interaction with us. I really enjoyed working with my team. SUPERB!
    The challengesalways have to hit the deadlines. Things always come up last minute that's why we have to be very flexible with last minute changes.
