    The good thingsCompany are growing by expanding into lots of industries. Good place to learn and getting experience if you are a fresh grade or graduate with less experience. Optional work hour to choose depending on your needs. Able to learn Automotive and Aerospace management system also understanding on Casting, Machining, Assembly processes make in the factory. Have medical card and so called COLA allowance.
    The challengesHigh turn over on office staffs, the need of multi tasking in order to save man powers and loong work hours due to completing lots of job. Lots of different management direction from different people but same team need to make it done within limited time. Challenge on finding ways to make it done with lowest cost as possible due to economic reason. Not so balance work life if working in some of the department depending on the HOD criteria. Quite challenge on complying with the Management System due to lots of changing in the factory without notice..

    The good thingsManagement was very good and benefit I got is worth with my salaries. Comfortable office to work and good friends/collage I ever had.
    The challengesWhile production increased, means a lot of work I need to do. Challenging for me as a mom to give a 100% commitment with overtime.

    The good thingsFlexi hours to choice due heavy traffic jam at the area.
    The challengesWorks very stressful in Accounts Department due demand of reporting is very high, and the reporting mostly is manual. No work & life balance environment.Join this company must need to learn every thing by yourself caused lack guidance give. The superior expectation to their staffs too high.

    To have support to ensure \"all level\" of employee concern on quality quite challenging, and when your quality concern level higher and not same as your direct superior.
    The good thingsEnjoy working with QA Dept and the team quite skillful.
    The challengesPoor employee benefits, any issues arise either related to employees medical cards, salary, OT, etc are late action response. In terms of management support also poor.

    Just for your info - its PNC not to reveal to anyone.
    The good thingsCollegues are friendly if you are in a team, team work is the key but if you are not in the team then it will see which court the balls land on to. Normally is the accounts department that holds the final ball. therefore life is not easy there especially if you are in accounts departments.
    The challengesthe segregation of the duties are not clearly done. All have the semangat of tidak apa as the final ball at the accounts department therefore no 1 border to check or recheck. When highlighted, is mention \" accounts should check la\" all the departments think as such then when can the accounts ppl go home?

    Good Place to learn about manufacturing
    The good thingsworking experience will grown when working here. Knowledge from the management and the culture there will help you gain more new things. The Collaboration with MAI in automotive industry and also need to full fill customer requirement such as Toyota , Proton and more will make you more knowledgeable in documentation and ISO/TS or Kaizen. one more thing, here working day only 5 days a week.
    The challengesmake me more knowledgeable in automotive industry and learn in kaizen system, lean and ISO/TS.
