    Great Place to Work
The good thingsGreat work life balance, helpful and friendly colleagues. Excellent superiors who are willing to help and don't look at you as a subordinate but more of a colleague or team member. Flexible timing and remote working arrangements give you a certain sense of freedom.
The challengesCan have periods of quite low workload and then suddenly busy periods with high workload. Require specific skill set for jobs and not much opportunities for cross departmental or internal job changes. Highly specialized roles.

SAP Malaysia is a great place for experienced professional but not so good for fresh graduate.
The good thingsGreat working culture. Colleagues are willing to help each other and share knowledge. Great benefits for employees and lot of quality company activities to help with bonding between employees.
The challengesThe local management team is abided by the decisions of the regional offices and does not have much say in term of headcount. Even if the management has the vision to initiate something revolutionary, they need to get approval from the regional office.

The good thingsVery nice working environment, good colleagues and work life balance culture. The location is strategic, near to LRT station and it is surrounded with many food choices with reasonable price. The benefit package is the best that i ever had in my career.
The challengesThe work nature itself is repetitive, you might get bored real fast. The management team is located in different location, thus the communication is only limited to conference call / virtually.
