    The good thingsI enjoy working as a team member in developing the manufacturing line. A lot of experiences can be gain although the salary isn't booming at first for a fresh graduate like me. There is no boundary for me to learn the manufacturing system and understand how the business works. I look forward to invest my time here as a non-executive and pouring as much ideas i could so that i can raise the company potential in competing with other domestic or international manufacturers.

    The good thingsThis company do a lot of research, they strive to gain knowledge and technology. We have a lot flexiblity to study and research anything that give benefits to all subsidiaries company. This company not doing production, they only support the production. Therefore you have flexibility to choose your annual leave.
    The challengesTime is important here. You may need to find the fastest way to complete your project. The most challenging is when you stuck somewhere in your research/study/ developing something new, you may need to find a right people or study from your reading. They will challenge your stamina to research and study in completing your project as soon as possible.
