    The good thingsFree parking, cheap toll and food
    The challengesPoor leadership styles that led to demotivated employees and a toxic work environment. Workspace design is also bad. 4- 5 people cramped in one small room. There is also lack of direction, financial stability and growth stagnation.

    The good thingsThe senior management are so bad you can get away with anything provided due proper boot polishing has been done.

    My experience working at Sapura Resources Berhad has been very pleasant and fruitful
    The good thingsOverall, the working ethics, environment and staffs have been wonderful! They have helped me a lot in enhancing my skills and knowledge in the finance department (accounts payable). This internship experience has definately boosted my confidence and motivation.
    The challengesThe only challenges I had to face was making mistakes as I lacked sufficient experience in handling the tasks, I was bound to make mistakes. I later managed to avoid making mistakes after adjusting to the company.
