The challenges1. pure malay glc mindset (lack of urgency + not a fan of innovation) - not a bad thing but will restrict alot of outside business expertise or ideas that help increase the efficiency of the project or company growth
2. Sometimes, it is too relax. But well its a good thing also, double edge sword
3. Seamless, efficiency, centralization of working process level is quite bad. Why ? every department has own process and inter departmental communication is not so frequent. This may due to too much trusting and lack of micro manage(not a bad thing)
