The challengesThe management should really focus into salary increment method, because current practice is not fair to staff, increment done without reviewing the real performance of employees.Instead of giving suggestion or ideas to solve the problems, there is a manager who created “havoc situation” which is really unacceptable, lack of professionalism as a manager.
