    Enjoyed and loved my job very much
    The good thingsLove to work hard together, gain so many experienced and knowledge, love to travel, meet so many people with different religions,races,cultures and so on.
    The challengesWe have low number of staff,so, we have to do others job that is new for us. We are always go for travel and we doesn't have much time to spend for our family. We're directly working together with ministry affairs and there are a lot of procedure to take care of. And we did a great job for it!

    One of a Kind Experience
    The good thingsInformal use of hierarchy, can see the \"team\" spirit being applied for the whole department. This can be seen clearly during events when everyone at the event will give a hand and help from the workers to Managing Director. I never seen a Managing Director that humble and so far I haven't been able to meet someone like that in other companies I worked with.
    The challengesHard to describe. But there are some challenges especially regarding the job scope that requires very high flexibility from the staffs. Such case when I have to travel for more than 300 km within 1 day, going back and forth from office to destination far away for few days. And sometimes my job scope requires me to travel from state to state everyday across 4-5 states in Peninsular Malaysia by car.
