    Productive and Beneficial
    The good thingsThe working environment, space and the professionalism of the creative team that helped me finish each assigned work through limited or tight deadlines. Head of creative and my colleagues were able to tell me things to-do and what not-to-do under an agency company with its own workflow and standards.
    The challengesRequired professional skills to handle client's work with limited time takes longer than I do. Wish that the creative team would assign more work to freshmen or intern or volunteer time to time but not too much as well.

    If not for the people
    The good thingsThe one good thing I got out of that company is the friends I made. Every employee who has left there will say that the people really make working there enjoyable.
    The challengesAfter a while, it became a little boring. The work I did in the end was not as challenging or stimulating as I would've liked. In addition, upper management were not really considerate in boosting team morale, which affected overall productivity and work quality. Also, the internal politics among upper management was an unsavory thing to witness.
