The good thingsWe learn everything we need to know about manufacturing, purchasing, warehousing. Those who work in warehousing will also gain knowledge and experience to deal with government agencies such as Customs, MITI and MIDA.
The challengesHow to put together all effort from related department into 1 huge sales which not only benefits the workers but also the society. And myself as a logistics department member, need to make sure those product will be delivered in the most cost effective ways.

just not satisfied with the salary that i accept from the company
The good thingsthey have annual dinner, company new year celebration, free parking, dental & medical cover,
The challengesi think better raise the worker salary and increment because many people resign in such a short lead time working around one-two years. here only left senior operator that work more than 10 years. we are asked to do multi tasking but the salary din't worth it with the work that we done.
