    The good thingsSATS provide strong employee's benefit to their staff. The job in airport was very interesting and memorable. You can learn a lot of things in SATS' career. In additional, this company offer high pay in OT, shift rotten and so on. It also will provide company transport pick you up during midnight shift.
    The challengesMy opinion was the company should hire more employee because during peak period it was super busy and will let people feel crazy. However, it was a good choice be a part in Singapore Changi Airport.

    The good thingsHigh salary, wonderful experience in airport industry, profit sharing, free medical, compact and powerful training for free too, no shortage in salary, will get a chance to meet vip's and celebrities from around the world, benefit for family such as free zoo pass, will get recognition from company for good job, overall really fun work at airport industry.
    The challengesSometimes it will be challenged to handle certain customers especially during problematic time. Example flight delay. In service industry customers are always right. So employees must always update their self's with the service policy changes.
