    It was an okay experience
    The good thingsGiven that my immediate supervisor had their trust in my work, I was able to work independently and exercise freedom of doing work in my own way, as long as I adhered to the timeline agreed upon.
    The challengesThe management is pretty set on how things are being done. Any suggestions are shot down immediately, unless it provided obvious monetary advantage. Trust is also non-existent between employees and employer.

    Good experience
    The good thingsI'm able to learn a lot on the job. While there is some training provided, you are also expected to jump headfirst into the thick of things, so it is a good experience to have. I am also able to work inter-department as my job requires me to liaise with directors and MD.
    The challengesThere is a set way of working that you will have to get used to. The company is also just beginning to encourage inter-mingling among the departments.
