Team needs more people and better organization. Only thinks about money making but never thinks about staff feelings. So management need to improve how to treat staff better.
The good thingsGood salary for people who want to stay. Amazing and collaborative colleagues
The challengesWorst management to work with. Crazy people sounded like loudspeakers. Talk or scream very loud. Micromanaging every single move you do. Management every morning will scream at anyone and always being bad mood the rest of the day. Micromanaging is not the way to do it. No wonder people won't last and move on always.

Worst benefit company. Bonus and increment only selected staff who close with the upper management.
The good thingsWorking hours 7:00 to 4:00
The challengesManagement simply execute project and left it hanging. Once got problem will throw to staff and blaming staff not competence.

The good things- short working hour - ability to experiment with your teaching method
The challenges- not systematic - short break time - confusing timetable system - facility is limited and not well maintained - ad hoc environment

    Oligarchy
The good thingsWorking with my students. Seeing them progress, and move on to University. Working with people from many other countries, who really tried to do the best they could under difficult conditions.
The challengesLate salary payments, restricted budget and resources, failing infrastructure and general apathy about conditions. No medical or dental coverage, no housing allocation, and no other benefits.

    Able to experiment
The good thingsYou are given the freedom to work with the children. You can explore your methods of teaching as much as you want. Short working hours (at school, although work continues at home). Great colleagues!
The challengesThere is no fixed system so its difficult for the learners to cope. There is a glitch with the management, therefore they have to improve it for the staffs to be happy working there. You have no life after school.

Good place but need a life too!
The good thingsGood place to work. good wages. The employer is good. As it is an international school the environment is very good to learn and grow.. The salary is also good. Work load is also okay as it is a full time school. Overall a good experience
The challengesSometimes the work load can be way too much and balancing between work and life can be difficult. The school's management also needs to be better. needs some renovation inside out. the building as well as the time table and everything.
