    no career growth. good friendly colleagues but long working hours.
    The good thingsHR is very function. often organizing activities under sports club. got dental/opto allowance. flexible hour but must complete 10 hours working hours/day.
    The challengesnot really a good place for career growth. got no well-documented SOP for the process flow. Hence you will easy to make mistake. bonus is not as expected nevertheless increment. too long working hours. system should improve much better.

    The good thingsFun environment to work in as many young and supportive colleagues, easy to work inter and intra-department. Flexible working hours, salary paid on time.
    The challengesHave to be independent, not so much guidance on the job. Company don't have canteen and limited cheap food option nearby.
