    Family business with poor management
    The good thingsGreat colleague is the only good thing and bonus point, basement carpark.
    The challengesBenefit so poor. HR system is not systematic. No salary growth for 4 years already. No bonus some more but you need to multitask because they don't want to hire more people. Family business so, the approval process is so weird.
