    The good thingsGiving enough of oppurtunity to excel myself. Practiced action learning, learn by doing it. Great working culture, with zero company politics, company treated everyone as a part of the company, i am very happy to be part of this company.

    The good thingsThe boss not like a boss, he is a leader of us, he keep giving us a lot of opportunity to gain our self, and lead us to complete the task. Beside that he always let us try an error, and giving a lot of resources to complete the task. some more our superior will use allowance to motivate the staff to moving forward.
