    The good thingsWhen mention no OT, that is really you able to rest after work in order for preparation the next day challenges.
    The challenges- Poor Management Poor HR practice - Poor Benefit but expect high return from employee. - Top management is losing direction and make the subordinate is lost as well. - TaiJi skill in the management level staff is excellent. All fault go to subordinate and manager is always right.

    Responsible to keep material, receiving material and issuing material to production.
    The good thingsMany experience I get. From starting i just learn receiving material. Day by day I learn to make job scope. So I learn how to communicate with other staff in this company for to make easier my work for deal anything some problem or some documentation. After some month I get some experience from I learn. My responsibility in here I receiving material, keep stock, issuing material on production, cycle count monthly, yearly stock take, I can forklift handling, I can work in teamwork.
    The challengesNot many benefit for staff. Last 2 years company not provide bonus for workers. Increment yearly not satisfaction.
