Bad Experience
The good thingsWhen mention no OT, that is really you able to rest after work in order for preparation the next day challenges.
The challenges- Poor Management Poor HR practice
- Poor Benefit but expect high return from employee.
- Top management is losing direction and make the subordinate is lost as well.
- TaiJi skill in the management level staff is excellent. All fault go to subordinate and manager is always right.

The good thingsMany experience I get. From starting i just learn receiving material. Day by day I learn to make job scope. So I learn how to communicate with other staff in this company for to make easier my work for deal anything some problem or some documentation. After some month I get some experience from I learn. My responsibility in here I receiving material, keep stock, issuing material on production, cycle count monthly, yearly stock take, I can forklift handling, I can work in teamwork.
The challengesNot many benefit for staff. Last 2 years company not provide bonus for workers. Increment yearly not satisfaction.
