    The good thingsThe knowledge and experience gaining on the work is related to what I have studied and also able to applied it to my jobs. More hands on experience makes me felt more confidence.
    The challengesThe stamina and the strengh require in the field must be sufficient, as bus are the heavy duty vehicle. At times felt that the body could not catch up the jobs.
