    The challengesCOO is not knowledgeable person. Hard work with COO, low salary, contract basic and never appreciated worker experience.

    The challengesTop Management Coo overrule procedure. Keep changing decision rapidly. No clear direction. Just don't expect it is as good as public listed company.
