    Overall company was look good, but some people like near retirement age need to replace with new blood, because they will effect underling and company keep moving forward and continuous improvement, the most important is underline can't stay for long term.

    The challengesSenior staffs with sub-par performance will be a burden to the company. Benefits not competitive enough. Job scope may not be specific enough for further career advancement
