    Toxic and micro-management
The good thingsThere are lots of senior team leaders and managers here who are able to provide good advice and consulting.
The challengesTeam members who are so toxic and not very helpful when it comes to sharing knowledge. Most of the team members are not friendly and they create a negative working environment. Team members are being micro managed for no reason. Not giving us enough time to grasp the knowledge and expecting us to learn everything in a day. This is completely baseless

MY EXPERIENCE AS A MEDICAL OFFICER
The good thingsBeen in schaeffler india for more than 5 years , a clutch manufacturing factory and the environment both outside and within the staffs is really encouraging and the freedom given to me to implement anything good for the employees is fine. And no compromise in the welfare of the employees especially in this pandemic situation.
The challengesNOTHING SPECIFIC . IT IS A MIXED POPULATION LITERACY, UNDERSTANDING CAPACITY, COMPLIANCE ALL VARIED DUE TO THIS BASIC QUALIFICATION AND QUALITIES AND BALANCING THESE PEOPLE IS AN INTERESTING TASK.
