    The good thingsI enjoyed the working environment, the facilities and the benefit its like bonus and time frame working hour 8am - 5pm . Monday till Friday only.

    The good thingsThe work environmental is very good, low stress, they have very kindly staff, the staff easy to spend time for teach me either they busy with own task. If there are some error or disunderstanding, they will politely guide me for correction.
    The challengesThere are some challenging for the department where they have responsibility on problem when the company get bad feedback from customer that there are some defect and failure on the product and the company must to purchase some money and find any solution to reduce the defect and it also will effect on the employee manner.

    Difficult to proceed your job.
    The good thingsGood salary, normal benefits. 5 working days per week.
    The challengesNo others benefits, like petrol allowance. Normally will need to OT 2 to 3 hours every working days WITHOUT paid. Yes an ISO certified company but working without SOP, and management unable to give information or solution to solve problems.
