The challengesOperational processes are not well written or non existence which are prone to misconstrued actions. Reporting line are fairly non existence as it changes every 3 months, with resigned posts are not filled or people getting transferred without replacement. Hard to work and manage expectations without a job description. Fulfilling expectations does not always translate to monetary returns.
