The challengesThe working hours are insane. The hours should be from 9 am to 6 pm but so rare people (especially the subtitling team) going back home at 6 pm. It usually at 8 or 9 pm. I have friends who went home almost 12 am. As for me the most late I ever left office was 10 pm.

    A good learning experience.
The good thingsIt's a small company when I started but you work with wonderful people at the international level. The senior management at the local office can be a snob but you'll learn to ignore them.
The challengesWorking with tight deadlines and having a difficult boss can be a challenge but you just have to bite the bullet and get through it.
