    The challenges1. Manager give out opportunities and privileges not based on merit or skill, but rather on personal feelings. 2. No respect to the staff when staff seeks for helps, manager will insult you and said you are stupid..... 3. Manager focused on blame, rather than solutions.

    GOOD COMPANY
    The good thingsThe company gives you to explore your job scope by yourself. You can be a good engineer if you want to do it. Plus, there is also much training provide by company. The position of Quality Engineer for an automotive part is suitable for the person that details and neat, also need good technical skills in order to take part in the discussion effectively.
    The challengesQuite demotivated starting in the first week when the environment in the engineering team has faced the problem of high turnover, company needs something in order to decrease the turnover. But, the challenges for me is, I'm not details and neat person for the position of Automotive Quality Engineer. Plus, I need to improve my self in technical knowledge first before deals with customers.
