    The good things1. Good relationship with staff 2. Friendly managers
    The challenges1. Poor internal control 2. Low salary 3. Less and less staff benefit such as company trip 4. Lack of audit senior 5. Overload work issue 6. No 100% OT claim allowed 7. Outmoded laptop provided for staff 8. No work-life balance

    Summary
    The good things1. Nice colleages, they willing to share their knowledge and can learn a lot of things from them. 2. Good environment 3. A lot of fresh things can explode 4. Good opportunities for career development and for your future planning
    The challenges1. Salary is low, can't save much from it 2. Management can't fixed or not to find out the existence problems and sometime pretend nothings happen 3. Overloaded of works so always need to OT (even weekends) 4. Job planning is consider as poor 5. Shortage of manpower but management still feels good so no choice, OT is your only choice 6. Don't have work/life balance such things, this is just available for TA and semi-A only.
