    My first job ever..
    The good thingsAll staffs are so friendly..taking good of staff wellfare..medicine allowance given really goods.
    The challengesAll HR department staff need to be change of their attitude..make it more friendly with all staffs..Management must do an event such as family day or dinner to appreciate staffs..and the salary rate must equal to market rate.
