    The good thingsBoss is a nice guy, you got yourself your own nice cubicle to work closeby with your co-workers are helpful and available when asked on easy task, located opposite of the market place easily to get breakfast , lunch and dinner .
    The challengesTop management may have higher expectations of you to achieve on a particular task although is above your pay grade. You may find yourself overwhelm on the task given and some co-worker whom has the higher grade are doing just average work. You might find there is lack of opportunity to climb up within the ranks for some department. Good Luck

    The good thingsDeliver and earn the trust of your immediate superior and they will give you freedom. Should you perform well, management will acknowledge it, which should be normal but strangely a lot of companies only know to whack their staff when things don't go well. Training is provided, all you have to do is ask and prove that it will improve you, and there's no employment bond. Management try to find out and deal with issues early. Good work-life balance. They provide pretty good benefits.
    The challengesThis company isn't a software house and instead the IT department develop software for use internally. Therefore project management isn't great, requirements spiral out of control and the team are expected to cater to the whims of their users
