    Majority of managers are really nice
    The good thingsI like this company because most of the managers really care. Many of them are always the last one to leave. Sets a good example for us.

    Bad HR treating operators badly
    The good thingsManagers are the one writing good reviews trying to promote company reputation. But in reality, bad treatment to operators
    The challengesHR is treating operators badly. Last minute announce OT and do not coordinate with bus driver to fetch workers back home. Operators have to wait 1 hour under rain to wait for transport back to accomodation.

    Taking me around the world!
    The good thingsI enjoy the company as people are friendly. One of our fellow colleagues got station in China and travel to Mexico frequently too. Would be great to follow in her footsteps. Benefits were updated recently too!
    The challengesTraffic around the plant is quite heavy. No canteen on site. Not enough washrooms.

    The good thingsThe manager is friendly and kind enough to guiding me. Company start to make improvement on their benefit that provided to the employees. Work life balance.

    Good Development Opportunities
    The good thingsI was given opportunities to try new things. My manager coached me well and gave me direction and advice on both business issues and on personal careers. We have guaranteed 13th month salary and medical benefits.
    The challengesI need to put in extra efforts in order to complete additional tasks but I have learnt a lot on the given project.

    The challengesNo transparency between management & employee. No benefit at all. EPF & SOCSO shouldn't be considered as a benefit. It is a must!
