    challenging and interesting experience
The good thingsThe working culture will let you adapt to more harsh environment and you may manage to survive it by getting a lot help from management and self determination. We have the chance to get involve in a lot different project based assignment and work with different kind of team. We learnt from the lesson by the past project and keep on improving the current standard,
The challengesThe canteen for the food is bad, We dint have much option for the breakfast, lunch even dinner.

Good place to learn, not a good place to stay
The good thingsSteep learning curve. Been thrown into the midst of things right from the start. Left alone to stumble through problems. Many people to help you around if you dare to ask, but you need to know how to differentiate who are helping and who are misguiding.
The challengesSimply put, no career progression, no growth. Company do not develop and add value to the employee(certain departments get more opportunities than others). Salary stagnant, no-show during weekends or after office hours considered not committed. Meetings often start late and last long, without proper outcomes. And the list goes on..
