Under ISO 9001:2000 Certification, we are required to provide On-Job-Training and to nominate some of our staff for public training such as Contractor Safety Awareness training course, ISO QMS Interna Audit Training.At the same time, we conduct yearly evaluation by using performance appraisal form in order to monitor the performance of our staff and to assess the competency of staff carrying of work affecting the quality of sevice,this is to improve our Quality of Works, Productivity, Leadership and Creativity in our company. Under ISO standard, we are required to raise our QMS standard to higher level.
