    Some department are not very cooperative, mind own businesses and micro managing.
    The good thingssome bosses are very helpful,most staffs are friendly. i get to learn a lot of things

    Fantastic Working Environment
    The good things- Excellent delegation of tasks by the management team. - Professional working environment whereby team meetings are conducted on a weekly basis. - High degree of interaction between trainee and employer.
    The challenges- No cons for working in this company. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here, albeit being short.

    superb
    The good thingsthe environment and the colleagues are very friendly which give a good vibe in the working life here. The team is also very good and helpful when we need help. All you need to do just ask. If you don't ask, they will expect you to know it. The manager which is the boss is very understandable.
    The challengesThe only challenge is that there's no real training. They will train with giving a job. So you will need to learn by yourself by completing the assigned job. Although, I already ask about the training, but they said this is your training which I think is not as what I expected. So, this is one thing that they need to change if they want to hire a fresh graduate.
