A valuable and practical learning experience in a real manufacturing environment. The good thingsI appreciated the hands-on learning experience during my internship. The lab team was supportive, and I had the opportunity to apply my academic knowledge in real testing procedures such as tensile, impact, and compression tests. The work environment was structured, and I gained valuable exposure to ISO 9001 standards, QA documentation, and R&D trials. The cross-department communication helped me understand how QA, production, and logistics work together.
The challengesAs an intern, access to advanced machines and decision-making processes was limited. At times, work could be repetitive, especially during material inspection tasks. There were few structured training sessions, so I had to take initiative to ask questions and learn on the job. It would be even better with more mentoring for interns.
