    The good thingsEveryone in the company works together to achieve common goal. Friendly colleagues and employee engagement activities able to bring joy to workplace daily. It is a place with learning opportunities if you have the right mindset and good adaptability. Ample cuisines to eat around the office.

    You will regret to join, dont waste time look for better company
    The good thingsFree Parking , got many food around Damansara Uptown
    The challengesThe company is sucks , all the high level especially AVP , not dare to admit their fault and mistake, always like to push the blame others , this can make them to survive longer and secure, people leaving the company is very fast. not likely to improve still stick to old style of management and not dare to change. Unless all the old management people out, only the company will have better to move on to be a good environment to achieve your career. If not don't dream can have good future career here.

    DON'T WASTE TIME & DON'T JOIN!
    The good thingscolleagues are really really really nice, no joke
    The challenges1. Blaming, pushing work around and unsure about the decision are their culture; 2. A lot of old folks especially AVP levels - not open minded and reluctant to accept the fact that they r outdated not just on their working manner & also their working attitude; 3. A LOT OF admin work! ISO! Forms! Hardcopy! Not environment friendly! 4. Their signature saying: YOU GET WHAT I MEAN OR NOT? meaningless and repeating that everyday by all the AVPs; 5. AVP voice like a broken radio and raised her voice everyday like no body else; 6. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME here if u r reporting to leasing AVP TG; 7. Super duper micro management and don't dream of flexibility; 8. Very very very high staff turnover for this dept and management is not looking into the problems caused by the AVP

    The challenges5 AVP is useless, not clear, pushing works around, find blame all the time and not solving the problem. SAP sucks, people are leaving and Admin work more than your work. Not open minded company, they do not accept new ideas, hardcopy all the time. Too many old people or those working for more than 10 years in this company seems one of the biggest problem.

    The challengesToo much of reprimanding by the bosses. Achievements were not recognized but instead, the mistakes were highlighted, and overshadowed any good work done. Difficulty getting decisions on purchases or projects carried out.

    The good things5 working days of week. Walk a lot around Damansara Utama. Lot of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
    The challengesThe head of leasing department would like the executives and senior executives to think out of a box to rent out the offices and shop lots!
