    The good thingsMy company genuinely cares about the people who use our services and the staff who work hard to achieve great care and want the best experience for both. They are true to their values. I love the flexibility I have to balance my work life and home life.
    The challengesEven if you have a great team in place that is highly engaged and communicates effectively, chances are they are stumbling over the organization hurdle during projects. A lack of organization is up there when it comes to the challenges people share with me. Some of the feedback I hear is that there can be a lack of strong and consistent project management, or a lack of direction in their roles which makes it tough to organize and prioritize tasks.

    The good thingsThis company let you do any works in your own way and style. No such rules applied when it comes to problem-solving; as long as it works, it works! Good place for industrial trainee or fresh grad as you will be exposed to the real job in industry (not just photocopying all day) All the workers helped me a lot during my time there. Clear instructions are given by the management.
    The challengesMiscommunication between shipyard worker and higher management often occur. Files and drawings not properly stored. Lack of safety implementation.
