    The good thingsOverall all higher mangement staffs are good . I have learn a lot and grew my knowledge more here. Gained good working experience by meeting various country people. I like working here but I would want to look for better opportunities to pursue my career.
    The challengesYou need to strive a lot and need to show off yourself so that you will be recognized. The ability that we have should be proved by ourself . Even though we do quite a lot but we will have high competition . Here they don't go for seniority but ability for upgrading next level.

    The good thingsEnvironment happy Colleague & bosses very friendly Able to learn more as work under stress and airport environment.
    The challengesAirport environment and need to standby & prepare to handle daily complaint, incident and emergency case. Staff turnover high. Medical benefits not so good as the coverage limit is low, and not cover family member. Distance from home to work
