    The good thingsYoung & vibrant environment(students). Same working level colleague happening & gathering. Staff activity after office hours. Compulsory training which learned quite lots things. Adhoc project to learn additional task & new things,
    The challengesToo many last minute preparation. Too many Head of department which indirectly there is double standard culture. Too many bosses give different order for 1 task. Hard to planning job queue seems too many interruption by people with position which mean not everyone follow the system.
