    Average working environment
The good thingsYou have control of teaching engagements and this is great. Good department members and can easily juggle time to have work life balance
The challengesStaff is not rewarded or given meaningful compensation, average salary, no bonus and no increment. After a while, career progression becomes stagnant and it can get overwhelming when you have to do ad hoc, last minute tasks, on top of your responsibilities stated in the job description..

    Sweet and Bitter experience.
The good thingsIs a good platform to gain the working experience at the department that assigned to, i.e. gained the fruitful experience in marketing line, many exposure in term of promoting the program, hit the prescribed target and the commission scheme is not bad. Peers are supportive, friendly and can be mixed along.
The challengesToo hard core - guerilla sales strategy. Pay is low, increment is surprisingly low Employee welfare is low No prospective in term of career growth
