    Fast-Paced environment due to Fast Growth Direction
    The good things- inclusive and cooperative team mates - currently undergoing massive expansion exercise - lots of opportunity to learn, pick up new knowledge/ skills
    The challenges- very demanding environment - minimal staff benefits (am working on improving it) - understaffed due to quick and massive expansion
