    Refused to give employee performance award 2020, one month salary announced in December 2020 which I retired in 15 December 2020. I have completed 97% working in 2020. I am not resigned, I retired after long 40 years service. I have good appraisal every year.

    Worse for contract employement
    The good thingsIf u are get the permanent thenbits good u. The company like terminate employees if u are contract employment. The worse is they not even give u notice early than 1 month.
    The challengesNothing challenges since just need to follow the procedure 100%. So everything was been setup.

    The good thingsA good training program for new employees. Good team work and a lot of guides from senior. Learn the latest technologies for new projects. A systematic way for problem solving and a good procedure to follow. A good company to start as a fresh graduate
    The challengesThe company gives very less authorization but a great responsibilities. Should have more activities to enhance the organisational growth. Career development is too slow.
