    The challengesNo support from management, not appreciated, no increment, full of politics, company does not value it's staff. Also, almost no work to do every day. In the end, your KPI is affected.

    The good thingsMedium size operation with ample opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders. Close collaboration promotes team work & bonding among employees from various departments. Most of the employees get to work closely with the top management on specific tasks / projects.
    The challengesTop management is very hands on and tend to micromanage scrutinizing every plan, direction & execution. Due to the operation size of the company, a single team will be involved in all projects. There isn't any separate team for different projects in exception of the project implementation team.

They give you professional knowledge from A-Z unlike other developer. Countless of training to polish your knowledge and your selling skill. Their salary is one of the highest compare to today market. For a property started should join selangor dredging Berhad.
    The challengesThe challenges I face in selangor dredging is that we are a boutique developer who aim niche market. We do not have luxury land bank like other developer. Hence we buy the land and build it. The price is much more higher compare to the market. Selling high price property in not mature location is the toughest yet the most rewarding.
